Project Manager and Hydrotechnical Engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in hydraulic modelling (fluvial, pluvial, dike and dam breaching). Experience in flood risk assessment and management, GIS analysis and processing (large database processing and manipulation).

Msc. eng. Marinela TEODORESCU

Geodetic engineer and PhD student in hydrotechnical engineering with about 7 years’ experience in cadastral measurements and hydraulic modelling (fluvial and pluvial), flood risk assessments, spatial data processing and flood hazard mapping.

Msc. eng. Andrei COZMA

Hydropower Engineer, PhD student in the Department of Hydraulics, Hydraulic Machines and Environmental Engineering, with proven experience and skills in hydraulic modelling of rivers, operation of cascade reservoirs, sediment transport, data management and data flow automation, project management.

MSc. eng. Silvia VOICU

Senior Hydrotechnical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineer - Faculty of Hydrotechnics. Over 15 years’ experience in hydraulic modelling (fluvial, pluvial, water supply and sewage networks), flood risk assessments, floodability studies. Experience in flood hazard mapping, GIS spatial data analysis and processing. Experience in elaboration of the required documents for public procurement.

Hydrologist with over 8 years’ experience in hydrological and hydraulic modeling (rainfall runoff, flood forecasting, fluvial, pluvial, assessment of the hydraulic efficiency of the defense infrastructure, dikes and dams’ failure), flood risk assessment at local or catchment scale, GIS applied in water management, Decision Support Systems for Flood Risk Assessment and Management, trainer.

Geogr. Anca BONDANE-ERHAN

Geographer/meteorologist with over nine years of experience in public and private sectors, specializing in climate monitoring, GIS, and project management. With dual master’s degrees in Meteorology & Hydrology, and GIS & Remote Sensing, Anca blends technical expertise with GIS, RS, spatial data analysis and environmental monitoring, while engaging with stakeholders and improving operational processes.

Geogr. Diana MOCANU

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the Faculty of Geography of the University of Bucharest, after finishing her studies in Hydrology and Meteorology. Currently, she’s working on a Master’s degree in Climatology and Water Resources, from the same faculty, which is specialised in hydrological and climatological analyses, including analyses on climate change and water resources management.
